User-friendly administration panel

With Menuello you get access to a user-friendly administration panel, which is used to control the digital menu. Create and edit your QR menu, add photos of your dishes, add sold-out items to the stop list, translate your menu and much more. In addition, all orders will appear on the page, where you can quickly get an overview of all orders and their status. And of course, you can also see statistics of your orders. Everything can be accessed via a tablet or a computer. The whole system is accessible in Danish or English.

Translate your menu into multiple languages

With a digital menu from Menuello, you can offer your guests to see the menu in their preferred language. It has never been easier! Now you do not have to print a new menu in several languages every time there is a small change. Translate your menu directly in the system, and if a changes occurs, your menu can be customised immediately.

Easy overview of your orders

All orders are shown in the administration panel. Here you can find all the necessary information to be able to complete the order. Each order has a status so you can easily and quickly see if an order is new, is being served or has already been completed. You can choose whether you want to accept all incoming orders manually or activate automatic acceptance of orders. An order can also be canceled if you are not ready to serve it.

How does the system work?

Menuello is a system that makes it possible to create a digital menu. Our digital menu can be used by the dine-in guests at, for example, a café or a restaurant to browse the menu. Customers can also order and pay for the order directly from the mobile phone instead of waiting for a waiter.

When you sign up, you will automatically have access to the administration panel and a 14-day free trial.

Here’s what you can do with Menuello:

– You can create a digital menu that can be accessed by a QR code placed at your place, e.g. as a sticker/flyer on the table.
– Show description, pictures, and details about dishes/items in your menu such as sizes, prices, modifiers.
– Make changes immediately. You can add/remove items, create new menus, change images, details and prices at any time – all changes will be shown immediately.
– Keep an eye on your orders. You can see, sort and filter in your order history, as well as have a detailed overview of your current orders.
– See statistics on how things are going in the business. You get the opportunity to see an overview of number of orders, turnover, average order value, daily turnover and daily orders.
– Create a stop list if some of the items can not be served at the moment.
– Show your menus in several languages. This will make it easier for your customers to navigate around the menu and find the desired dishes.

Do you need special equipment to be able to use Menuello?

No. No special equipment is required to use Menuello. The administration panel can be accessed via a browser from a tablet or a computer. To get the best customer experience we recommend using a computer to create a digital menu. We can also help with the initial setup and building your menu.

If you wish to print your orders, you need a receipt printer. At this moment, only STAR printers are supported.

Can I change my menu in real time?

Yes, all features are available in your admin panel. You can create new menus, change or delete them. You can add sold-out items to the stop list. This will make it possible to either not display the items at all or tell the customer, that they cannot be purchased at the moment. You can also translate your menu into multiple languages.

How does the guest pay for the order?

If you want to receive online orders and payments through the system, it is necessary to have a payment solution and a redemption agreement, which is settled directly to providers of these services. Right now we are working with the payment solution Reepay, which must be used if you want to receive payments online. If you do not have a redeeming agreement in advance, it can also be created through Reepay. You can read more about Reepay and their prices here. We can always help you to set it all up and make it easy for your to receive payments online.

Is it possible to print incoming orders?

Yes, it is possible. However, right now, we are only supporting STAR printers with CloudPRNT technology. It is e.g. printers Star mC-Print2 or Star mC-Print3. If you have one of these printers, orders can be printed directly to your current printer. We can also help you get the supported printer for you for a fee.

Do you need a subscription to use the system?

To be able to use Menuello, you need an active subscription. There is a 14-day trial period for each subscription. You can always change your subscription or cancel it at any time.

What is the difference between your subscriptions?

Our subscriptions can be divided into two types. With a Basic subscription, a number of functions are not available. For example, there is no option to receive either orders or payment with a basic subscription. However, you will still be able to create and change your menu, as well as have access to the stop list and translations. With the other three subscriptions (Silver, Gold and Platinum) you have access to all functions. The difference between these subscriptions consists in the number of orders that can be made through the system at no extra cost. If the included number of orders is exceeded, a fee of DKK 1 will be charged for each order in addition to those included.
